Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

A return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Returns requested due to size preference after delivery (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
Replacements
We offer free replacements in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect.

Product received in damaged condition.

Once verified, the replacement process will be initiated.
Exchange Policy
Size exchanges may be offered subject to product availability. Customers must raise an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated by our support team.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when:

A replacement is unavailable.

The order is cancelled before dispatch.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
